We use a small DNA/RNA sample (hair and/or nail clippings) to run an energetic reading across 800+ body areas and 130+ potential microorganisms. How long does a session last, and how often should I repeat it?
It depends on the service: from about 20 minutes up to 2.5 hours. For remote sessions, time mainly involves our technical work and report updates; it’s convenient for you and requires no physical presence. Frequency is personalized based on the reading results.
Can I choose the area for the free balancing that’s included?
Yes—you can indicate a specific area. We still recommend a quick check with the operator to confirm it’s the most useful priority at that moment.
What does the “Guardian Angel” subscription include, and how are the two weekly balancing scheduled?
After the first reading, we build a weekly plan with two guaranteed balancing on the days you prefer. Priorities are agreed together and updated according to subsequent readings. Each balancing is recorded (video) and the data are logged in a shared document: you’ll receive the video link right after the session and the file update within 24 hours.

Distance is not an issue—we regularly work with clients across Europe and overseas. How do I collect the samples (DNA/RNA: hair and nails) and ship them correctly for the reading?

Nails: hands or feet; trim with a tool cleaned with alcohol. Place hair and nails in a clean sealed pouch or, better, a pharmacy vial. Ship by courier, protected from heat/light.
